Ben and Chris will introduce each session with an educational role-play outlining the basics of successful selling. This will illustrate the fundamental principles of effective questioning techniques, overcoming objections and closing the sale.

After the introductory role-play has taken place, members of the audience will be invited to have a go and will be given a product or service to ‘sell', using the tips and techniques they have learnt and drawing on their own sales experience.
